Who We Are

We are manufacturers of specialized machines in tyre manufacturing and its parts. Our products are manufactured as per JIS / ISS / BSS / DIN / ASTM / ASME and customer’s drawings and specifications. In over 17 years of service, we have worked with all types of engineering works and products all over India. We are proud to say that we associate with a number of MNC’s and Private Companies in India and abroad.

CNC LATHE

We provide CNC Lathe services to our clients. Our CNC Lathe machine is of Jyoti - BHT 2070 make. Our machine specifications are:
Admit : 630MM, OD : 500MM,
Speed Range : 3500RPM,
Control : FANUC SERIES OI TF

CNC MILLING

CNC milling is a mechanical process that produces custom-designed components by progressively removing material from the workpiece. We have the machine of BFW - VMC 1050 make. Machine specifications are:
Table : 1050 x 500
Speed Rage : 8000 RPM
Control : SIEMENS

SURFACE GRINDING

Surface grinding is done on flat surfaces to produce a smooth finish. We provide high finish surface service to our clients. We use ELB (Germany) made machine.
Machine specifications are:
TABLE : 740 x 490 MM & 450 x 150 MM
